The face cleansing device for preventing backflow includes: a main body having an air discharge unit in the upper part, wherein the air pump blasting the air to the air discharge unit is mounted in the main body； the face cleansing container installed in the upper part of the main body and accommodating the water in the open upper part； a connection housing mounting the face cleansing container on the main body by being connected to the lower part of the face cleansing container having an air supply chamber inside, wherein the connection housing also has an air suction unit connected to the air discharge unit in the lower part； an air bubble generating plate connected to the inner lower part of the face cleansing container and having multiple injection holes connected to the air supply chamber by being arranged in the upper part of the air supply chamber； and a check valve unit selectively locking and unlocking the connection of the air suction unit and the air supply chamber. The check valve unit closes the air suction unit in a free state and connects the air suction unit and the air supply chamber by opening by an air pressure supplied through the air discharge unit.
