PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch device which allows performance of stretch having high effect.SOLUTION: A stretch device 10 comprises: a stretch bed part 12 on which a user can lie down； and a support part 14 for supporting the stretch bed part 12 at a prescribed height position from a floor surface. The stretch bed part 12 is configured so that both end parts thereof along a longitudinal direction are formed into an almost U-shape in top view, and the stretch bed part is bent so that the stretch bed part approaches the floor surface as going toward both end parts. The support part 14 includes an adjustment part capable of changing the prescribed height position.
