PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion assisting device for nursing care capable of being easily and stably set on a bed regardless of the shape of the bed.SOLUTION: The motion assisting device for nursing care 1 is attached to bed support members 21 and 22 extending in the longitudinal direction of the bed 2 on the floor surface. A pair of base members 11 and 12 having portions extending in the longitudinal direction of the bed 2 are locked to side surfaces of the support members 21 and 22 by locking parts 113a and 123a provided at one ends of the base members. Proximal ends of the base members 11 and 12 are detachably attached to a base part 14. An erected part 141 erected from a main frame 140 is provided in the base part 14, and an arm 16 is supported by the erected part 141 in such a way as rotatable around a vertical axis. An electric lift 3, etc. for lifting the body of a bed user is set at the distal end of the arm 16.
