The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing myopathic disorder using magnetic resonance technique and a method for evaluating stability of statin drug. The method for diagnosing myopathic disorder comprises the steps of: (a) gaining a magnetization transfer rate by measuring each leg portion of an animal model with suspected myopathy disorder and normal model in a magnetic resonance method from magnetic resonance imaging equipment; (b) comparing a magnetization transfer rate of the animal model with the suspected myopathy disorder obtained in the step (a) with the normal rate in the normal animal model.본 발명은 자기공명기법을 이용한 근육병증 질환의 진단 방법 및 스타틴 계열 치료제의 안정성 평가 방법에 관한 것이다.
