PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional scanner which can be downsized, the scanner containing a focus variable unit for mechanically moving the position of a lens.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a three-dimensional scanner for acquiring shape information on a target. The three-dimensional scanner includes a light source unit 81, a focus variable unit 82, an optical sensor 85, and a control unit. The focus variable unit 82 includes a plurality of lenses in which the value of the synthesized lens power is positive, and a driving unit which drives at least one of the plurality of lenses along the direction of an optical axis.
