PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of baked confectionery which enables continuous production of the baked confectionery having a characteristic shape, and to provide a production apparatus and the baked confectionery.SOLUTION: The production method of the baked confectionery includes: a first process for drawing and forming the contour of a desired shape by liquid dough discharged from a nozzle of a discharge apparatus while relativity moving a dough placing position and the discharge apparatus and a second process for obtaining shaped dough by filling the inside of the contour formed in the first process with the liquid dough discharged from the nozzle of the discharge apparatus.
