PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the piping switching operation valve of an endoscope which makes it possible to smoothly wash and disinfect the inside of a communication hole in the piping switching operation valve of the endoscope to be in the state of closing the communication hole formed on a piston when a piston unit is detached from a cylinder.
SOLUTION: The piping switching operation valve of the endoscope is provided with an adapter 50 for holding the state of opening both ends 31a and 31b of the communication hole 31 to an outer surface in a freely detachable manner by pushing a push-in operation button 16 against energizing force of an energizing means 21 into the piston unit in the state of being detached from the cylinder 11.
