This invention provides a method for separating and purifying functional components in Taiwanofungus camphoratus by using a supercritical fluid technology, which comprises the following steps: introducing a Taiwanofungus camphoratus extract solution and a solvent of supercritical state to a fractionation tank under an operation condition of having a preset temperature and a preset pressure, so as to extract functional components of the Taiwanofungus camphoratus, such as triterpenoids and polysaccharides; and then continuously introducing the extracted functional components and the solvent of supercritical state to three isolation tanks under an operation condition of having the preset temperature and a pressure lower than the aforementioned pressure, so as to respectively obtain the functional components of triterpenoids and polysaccharides from the Taiwanofungus camphoratus extract solution in each isolation tank.本發明係提供一種以超臨界流體技術分離與純化牛樟芝中機能成分之方法,係在預定溫度與壓力之操作條件下,將牛樟芝萃取液與超臨界狀態溶劑通入一分餾槽內,用以萃取出牛樟芝之三萜類化合物與多醣體等機能成分,再將萃取出之機能成分與超臨界狀態溶劑,在預定溫度與低於前述壓力之操作條件下,持續通入三個分離槽,用以分別於各分離槽中獲得牛樟芝萃取液中之三萜類化合物與多醣體機能成分。
