PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart terminal shape appliance having lower beam frames that are devised to prevent reinforcement crosspiece members arranged in beam frames from becoming an obstacle in orientation of wiring when the arrangement position of a cart terminal shape appliance is changed after performing wiring.SOLUTION: A nurse cart terminal includes: nearly columnar right and left leg frames 1 beam frames 2 that are upper and lower beam frames 2 disposed between both of the leg frames 1 to connect the upper and lower parts of both of the leg frames, where parallel beam members 2b, 2c are joined by crosspiece members La1, La2 within a plane in at least the lower leg frames 2B and a top plate supported by the upper beam frames.
