PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling jig for artificial bone material capable of performing filling work with controlled amount of filling for a target site even to a deep part of a surgical field of the body without scattering or falling of material to the area around when filling a bone defective part with a powdery or granular artificial bone material.SOLUTION: The device according to the present invention is a filling jig for filling powdery or granular artificial bone material into a gap part of a bone and is composed of a funnel section and a throat section. The internal walls of the throat section is formed with ridges and grooves in a parallel direction with the central axis when viewed in a cross section, and the cross section of the throat section can be easily deformed by pressing with fingers. The artificial bone material is put into the inside of the throat section through the funnel section, and the discharge part of the throat section is brought near to the gap part of the bone to fill the gap part with the artificial bone material. If the inside of the throat section is blocked with the artificial bone material, pressing the throat section with fingers deforms the throat section, giving an effect like disentangling the throat section with fingers and releasing the blockage of internal walls of the throat section. This facilitates the filling of the artificial bone material during surgery, ensuring reliable filling work and shortened surgery time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 粉体や顆粒状の人工骨材料を骨欠損部に補填する時に、狙った部位に、周囲への散らばりや脱落なしに、術野の体内の深い部分まで、補填量を制御しながら補填ができる人工骨の補填治具である。【解決手段】 本発明装置は粉末状あるいは顆粒状の人工骨を骨空隙部に補填するための補填治具でロート部とスロート部で構成されている。スロート部の断面形状はスロート部の中心軸と平行方向にスジ状となった凹凸の異形断面形状となっており、指でスロート部の断面の形を容易に変形させることが可能となっている。ロート部から人工骨を内部に充填し、スロート部の排出口を骨空隙部に近づけ、狙った部位への補填を行うが、内部で人工骨が詰まった場合は、スロート部を指で押すことで、スロート部の形状が変形し、スロート部を指でもみほぐすような効果が得られ、スロート部内壁面の詰まりを解除できる。これによって手術での人工骨補填作業を容易に行い、補填作業の確実化と手術時間の短縮が可能な構造となっている。【選択図】図4
