PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling jig of an artificial bone in which filling is made while controlling a filling amount to an internal deep portion of an operative field without the scattering to a periphery and detachment in the part aimed at, when powder and granular artificial bone materials are used to fill bone defects.SOLUTION: A device of the present invention is constituted by an inner member and an outer member made of materials deformable by pushing with fingers. A member with a function of closing the inside and the outside is installed in the outer member, and is closed down normally. When filling with an artificial bone, a closing mechanism is pushed aside by sliding the outer member and an outlet of the inner member is projected outside, and thereby the artificial bone can be ejected outside. Also, when the inside of the filling jig is clogged up with granules, an effect of massaging the inner member with the fingers can be obtained by pushing the outer member from the top thereof with the fingers, and thereby the clogging of the inner wall surface of the inner member can be released. Accordingly, the filling operation of the artificial bone can easily be performed, and thereby the confirmation of the filling work and the shortening of the surgery time can be achieved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 粉末や顆粒状の人工骨材料を骨欠損部に補填する時に、狙った部位に、周囲への散らばりや脱落なしに、術野の体内の深い部分まで、補填量を制御しながら補填ができる人工骨の補填治具である。【解決手段】 本発明装置は指で押すことで変形可能な材質で作られたインナー部材とアウター部材で構成され、アウター部材には内部と外部を閉鎖する機能を持った部材が設置され、通常は閉鎖されている。人工骨を補填する時に、アウター部材をスライドさせる事により閉鎖機構を押しのけてインナー部材の排出口が外部に突出して、人工骨を外部に排出することができる。また、補填治具の内部に顆粒が詰まった場合、アウター部材の上から指で押すことにより、インナー部材を指でもみほぐすような効果が得られ、インナー部材の内壁面の詰まりを解除できる。これによって人工骨の補填操作が容易に行え、補填作業の確実化と手術時間の短縮が可能な構造となっている。【選択図】図4
