PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component of a pharmaceutical composition containing a poorly water-soluble drug. A method for producing stable amorphous solid dispersed particles containing a protein kinase inhibitor selected from nilotinib and the like and a polymeric stabilizing matrix-forming component, wherein the solid dispersed particles are 100%. Having a degree of amorphousness, the method comprising: a) providing a first pressurized stream of the protein kinase inhibitor dissolved in a solvent； and b) antisolvent, supercritical or subcritical. Providing a second pressurized stream containing a critical CO2 fluid, wherein the at least one polymeric stabilizing matrix-forming component is present in either the first stream or the second stream. C) mixing the first stream and the second stream and spraying the mixed stream at the outlet of the nozzle, thereby forming the solid dispersed particles followed by the solid dispersion.
