A waterproof sheet for wound protection according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body (13) that has a certain thickness and a sheet (11) formed of a transparent material, attached to an upper portion of the main body (13), and capable of preventing moisture passage, wherein an opening portion is formed in the main body (13), the sheet (11) is attached to cover the opening portion, and at least a part of a lower portion of the main body (13) is formed of an adhesive material. The waterproof sheet of the present invention completely covers patients externally wounded body parts attributable to injuries or surgical procedures, which results in the prevention of water permeation or bacterial penetration and the prevention of infection or damage attributable thereto. Based on direct silicone material attachment to the skin, adhesive force thereof can be strengthened with little stimulation entailed during attachment and detachment.
