PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid absorbent article capable of quickly absorbing a body fluid diffused to the outside of a compression line groove with no risk of a top sheet being broken during production to cause a leakage of highly absorptive polymer particles to the outside.
SOLUTION: The throwaway body fluid absorbent article 10 includes an upper surface and a lower surface the fluid permeable top sheet 11 a fluid impermeable back sheet 12 an absorptive layer 13 having the highly absorptive polymer particles 17 which are separated and the compression line groove 14 extending from the upper surface toward the lower surface. An arranged region of the absorptive layer 13 is divided in distributed regions 24, 25 where the highly absorptive polymer particles exist, and a non-distributed region 23 where the highly absorptive polymer particles 17 do not exist. The compression line groove 14 is formed in the non-distributed region 23, and the non-distributed region 23 is extended outward from the peripheral edge part of the compression line groove.
