The present invention relates to a method for allowing liquid in container to contain hydrogen ions, comprising a confined space, a container, and liquid, in which the container contains a solution, and the liquid is at least mixed with silica hydride powder. Hydrogen ions are generated after the silica hydride powder is mixed with the liquid. The container and the liquid are arranged in the confined space, and the liquid covers the container.
