PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food which allows for microwave heating together with the whole packaging container, less likely causing heating unevenness when heated with microwave.SOLUTION: A container-packed frozen food for microwave cooking includes a container and a frozen food packed in the container. A heating element which generates heat with microwave irradiation is disposed at the bottom face of the container, in the range below the central region of the bottom of the frozen food.
