PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher which is equipped with a dust-sending guide for adjusting the sending speed of a treated product, can prevent that the flow of the treated product in a threshing chamber is unexpectedly obstructed, and can prevent that the turning operation failure of the dust-sending guide is caused.SOLUTION: In the thresher manufactured by rotatably supporting a dust sending guide 24 for guiding the treated product in a threshing chamber 14, disposing a resilient member 33 for maintaining the dust sending guide 24 at an initial turning position on the upper side of a ceiling plate 22, and rotating the dust sending guide 24, when a load from the treated product is enlarged, a turning shaft 42 in a state penetrating through the ceiling plate 22 is disposed, a bearing 43 for supporting the turning shaft 42 is disposed on the upper side of the ceiling plate 22, the dust sending guide 24 is formed from a flat plate, and fixedly attached to the dust sending guide 24 to a part projecting in the threshing chamber of the turning shaft 42, an action member 47 acted with the urging force of the resilient member 33 is fixed to a part upward projecting from the ceiling plate 22 of the turning shaft 42, and the urging force of the resilient member 33 is allowed to be acted on the turning shaft 42.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】処理物の送り速度を調節する送塵ガイドを備えた脱穀装置において、扱室内の処理物の流動が不測に妨げられることが防止されるとともに、送塵ガイドの回動作動不良が生じることが防止される脱穀装置を提供することを課題としている。【解決手段】処理物を案内する送塵ガイド24を、扱室14内に回動自在に支持し、送塵ガイド24を初期回動位置に維持する弾性部材33を天板22の上面側に設け、処理物からの負荷が大きくなった場合には、送塵ガイド24が回動作動する脱穀装置において、回動軸42を天板22に貫通させて設け、該回動軸42を支持する軸受43を天板22の上面側に配置し、送塵ガイド24を平板によって構成して回動軸42の扱室内に突出した部分に取付固定し、前記回動軸42の天板22から上方に突出した部分に、弾性部材33の付勢力が作用する作用部材47を固定することにより、弾性部材33の付勢力を回動軸42に作用させる。【選択図】図8
