PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making handle-equipped container having extremely high commercial value.SOLUTION: A handle-equipped container is provided with a pair of handle members 2 such that the handle members 2 can freely rise and fall, in upper opposite positions of a container body 1, and is formed with a grasp part 4 by portions overlapping each other when bringing the respective handle members 2 into a rising state.
