The method includes: a first process (S1) of primarily preparing a dough by mixing and kneading 500 parts by weight of flour, 70 parts by weight of sugar, 4 parts by weight of dry yeast, 2 parts by weight of a baking improver, 1.5 parts by weight of new sugar, 240 parts by weight of water, one egg, and 5 parts by weight of margarine a second process (S2) of mixing and kneading the dough primarily kneaded in the first process (S1) with 4 parts by weight of salt, 40 parts by weight of shortening, and 1.5 parts by weight of edible lye for seven to eight minutes a third process (S3) of ageing the dough after the second process (S2) at the temperature of 20°C to 25°C for 30 to 60 minutes a fourth process (S4) of cutting sweet fillings in a rectangular shape to prepare the sweet fillings a fifth process (S5) of preparing coating powder by mixing 500 parts by weight of shortening, 500 parts by weight of sugar, and 1000 parts by weight of flour a sixth process (S6) of cutting the dough aged in the third process (S3) in a rectangular shape and unfolding the cut dough pieces a seventh process (S7) of arranging the prepared sweet fillings in the fourth process (S4) on the upper surfaces of the unfolded dough pieces and rolling the dough with the sweet fillings arranged thereon from a side to surround the sweet fillings an eighth process (S8) of repeatedly rolling the dough surrounding the sweet fillings in the seventh process (S7) in forward and backward directions to execute a first rolling operation a ninth process (S9) of coating the surface of the dough rolled in the first rolling operation with the coating powder prepared in the fifth process (S5) and a tenth process (S10) of repeatedly rolling the dough coated with the coating powder in the forward and backward directions to shape the dough in a rod shape, twisting the dough whi
