PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical endoscope apparatus capable of maintaining airtightness even though soft endoscopes with various outer diameters are passed through a trocar, in which how to use is simple, and which can be easily used.SOLUTION: Magnets 110, 32 generating attraction force by magnetic force in a radial direction between a flexible tube part 11 and the trocar 30 with the flexible tube part 11 passed through the trocar 30 are arranged in the outer peripheral wall of the flexible tube part 11 and in the inner peripheral wall of the trocar 30, the flexible tube part 11 is passed through the trocar 30, the magnet 110 of the flexible tube part 11 side and the magnet 32 of the trocar 30 side are attracted to each other, thereby the outer peripheral face of the flexible tube part 11 and the inner peripheral face of the trocar 30 come into close contact with each other with at least one of them expanded.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】トラカールに様々な外径の軟性内視鏡を通しても気密を保つことができ、しかも使い勝手が簡単で使い易い手術用内視鏡装置を提供すること。【解決手段】可撓管部11がトラカール30に通された状態のときに可撓管部11とトラカール30との間に磁力による吸引力が径方向に生じる磁石110,32が可撓管部11の外周壁内とトラカール30の内周壁内とに配置され、可撓管部11がトラカール30に通されて、可撓管部11側の磁石110とトラカール30側の磁石32とが引き付け合うことにより、可撓管部11の外周面とトラカール30の内周面とが、少なくともその一方が膨らんだ状態になって密着するようにした。【選択図】 図1
