An adjuster (10) is arranged on an inner surface (27b) of the porous member (27). The adjuster (10) includes a plurality of openings, and the area of an opening end portion of the opening relatively distant from the porous member (27) is smaller than the area of an opening end portion thereof relatively close to the porous member.
