A fiber integration device capable of forming an absorber that can stably the reduce weight thereof. The fiber integration device for an absorber has a rotary drum equipped with a means for sucking particulates into the inner side, and a plurality of fiber integration supports (3) disposed on the circumferential surface of the rotary drum, integrating the particulates supplied to the inside of a chamber by the sucking means on an absorber forming region (15) of the fiber integration supports (3) to form the absorber. The absorber forming region (15) has a porous region (5) and a non-porous region (6), which is disposed at a peripheral region of the absorber forming region (15) to be surrounded by the porous region (5).
