PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a beverage package with preferable sterilization property.SOLUTION: Mist or gas (b) of peroxide is sprayed in a container (2) for sterilization of an inner surface of the container, and the mist or gas of peroxide is sprayed to an outer surface of the container for sterilization of the outer surface of the container. When the mist or gas of peroxide is supplied to the container, the container is passed through a chamber and the mist or gas of peroxide is stored in the chamber, and heating water (c) is introduced in the container in a state that the peroxide is adhered to the inner surface and outer surface of the container. Thereby the heating water performs sterilization of fungus which is damaged by the peroxide in the container while washing the remaining peroxide, and at the same time, a sterilization effect by the peroxide adhered to the outer surface of the container is enhanced by heat transmission from the heating water, then, a beverage (a) which was subjected to sterilization treatment is filled in the container, and the container is sealed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】殺菌性の良い飲料包装体を製造する。【解決手段】容器(2)内に過酸化水素のミスト又はガス(b)を吹き込んで容器の内面を殺菌し、同時に容器の外面に過酸化水素のミスト又はガスを吹き付けて容器の外面を殺菌し、容器に過酸化水素のミスト又はガスを供給する際は、容器をチャンバー内に通しながらチャンバー内に過酸化水素のミスト又はガスを滞留させ、容器の内面と外面とに上記過酸化水素が付着した状態で容器内に加熱水(c)を導入することにより、この加熱水によって容器内の過酸化水素により損傷を受けた菌類を殺菌しつつ残留過酸化水素を洗い流し、同時に上記加熱水からの伝熱によって容器の外面に付着した過酸化水素による殺菌効果を高め、続いて殺菌処理済み飲料(a)を容器内に充填し、密封する。【選択図】図3
