A blood filter device of this invention comprises: a hollow sleeve provided above with an injection tube and a connection tube and below with a first discharge tube and a second discharge tube a hollow filter tube located in an interior of the hollow sleeve and having an upper end mounted to a lower end of the injection tube of the hollow sleeve and a lower end mounted to an upper end of the second discharge tube of the hollow sleeve, wherein the hollow filter tube has a plurality of apertures and an air extraction device connected to the connection tube of the hollow sleeve, wherein the air extraction device is used to make a pressure outside the hollow filter tube smaller than a pressure inside the hollow filter tube.
