The present invention relates to a method for fastening a buoy having cut fastening rings to a rope. According to the present invention, a pair of fastening rings are formed on both upper and lower surfaces of a buoy and the buoy can be used by tuning inside out during a set period according to selection of the fastening rings. As a cutting part forcibly inserted with a rope is formed on one end of the fastening rings so the fastening rings can be fastened with the rope in a convenient and easy manner. Also, when the rope and the fastening rings are fastened, the rope can be fastened by entirely covering the buoy, so the buoy can be turned inside out in an easy manner, and the fastening force is more improved.본 발명은 절개된 체결고리가 구비된 부이와 로프의 체결방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 부이의 상하면 모두에 한 쌍의 체결고리를 형성시켜 체결고리의 선택에 따라 부이를 일정주기로 뒤집어 사용할 수 있도록 하되, 상기 체결고리의 일단에 로프와 억지끼움될 수 있는 절개부를 형성시킴으로써, 체결고리와 로프를 간편하고 용이하게 체결할 수 있도록 하며, 아울러, 로프와 체결고리의 체결 시, 로프가 부이를 전체적으로 감싸며 체결될 수 있도록 함으로써, 부이를 더욱 용이하게 뒤집을 수 있도록 하면서도 그 결속력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는, 절개된 체결고리가 구비된 부이와 로프의 체결방법에 관한 것이다.
