The present invention relates to a drill for an implant operation, which actively reinforces mutual coupling force between a cutting part to cut an alveolar bone and a connection part to connect the cutting part to a handpiece so as to prevent an accident. More specifically, according to the present invention, the drill for an implant operation comprises: the cutting part (10) having a plurality of cutting blades formed with a sawtooth arranged in a circular shape to perforate an alveolar bone; and the connection part (20) interposed between the handpiece and the cutting part. The cutting part (10) comprises: the sawtooth (11) arranged on the top in a circular shape; an upper cutting part (12) downwardly extended from the sawtooth; a lower cutting part (13) downwardly protruding from the upper cutting part by an enlarged diameter; and a coupling hole (14) sunk from the bottom surface of the lower cutting part to guide insertion of the connection part. The connection part (20) comprises: a coupling protrusion (21) inserted into the coupling hole of the cutting part; a step part (22) restricting an insertion depth of the coupling hole downwardly protruding from the bottom part of the coupling protrusion by an enlarged diameter; and an extended part (23) extended and protruding from the bottom surface of the step part to be connected to the handpiece.
