patient interface device that includes a cushion structured to receive a flow of gas, a frame coupled with the cushion,and a strap extending from the central of the frame. A headgear component includes a top portion adapted to fit on top of a patient's head and a rear portion adapted to fit behind the patient's head when in use,and a coupling mechanism that couples the strap to the headgear component. The coupling mechanism includes an opening and an end portion of the strap is structured to pass through the opening in the coupling mechanism. The ends of the strap fold back in a direction toward the central portion of the frame, and releaseably attach to the strap such that pulling the end portion of the strap toward the central portion of the frame tightens the patient interface device.On décrit un dispositif d'interface patient comprenant: un coussin structuré pour recevoir un flux de gaz； un cadre couplé au coussin； et une sangle s'étendant du centre du cadre.
