PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a film bag for attaching liquid-tightly an accessory member onto a container body formed of a flexible film, while restraining a defective appearance and defective adhesion from being generated in the vicinity of the accessory member.
SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the film bag having container body formed of the flexible film, and a port member 20 attached liquid-tightly onto the container body, includes a process (1) for forming a port member insertion part 15, and a process for inserting the port member 20 into the port member insertion part 15, to clamp the port member 20 in the port member insertion part 15 by a conductive die 30, for stopping electrification of the conductive die 30 under a clamped state of the port member 20, after fusing an inside of the port member insertion part 15 and an outside of the port member 20, by heating a heating face 31 of the conductive die 30, and for releasing the conductive die 30 after solidifying the port member insertion part 15 and the port member 20.
