The assembly (1) has a fastener (2) fixing a part of an orthopedic graft on a bone surface. A white thread (3) and a green thread (4) are attached to the fastener such that traction exerted on the threads causes respective movement of the fastener. End portions of the threads are attached to the fastener by a weld seam (5), which is formed from synthetic plastic material. The threads are completely or partially made of synthetic plastic material. The end portions are juxtaposed so as to form a flat beam with thickness less than 1mm and width less than 6mm.
