Embodiments include a surgical implant delivery system for positioning and securing surgical implants (e.g., surgical mesh, surgical butts, etc.) covering the surgical ablation surface. The system includes a cartridge releasably holding a surgical implant and a plurality of securing elements associated with the surgical implant. The system also includes an inserter having a elongate body, a head pivotably coupled to receive the cartridge and a head forming the cartridge, and a handle including a grip and an inline trigger.
