The present invention relates to an assist device for using a toilet seat, which helps a knee joint patient to comfortably sit and stand up, and comprises: a frame composed of a support member at front and rear, and right and left sides and a connecting member connecting the support member； a seating plate formed such that a user may use a toilet while being seated, and having a coupling piece axially coupled to a rear end； an elevating supporter supporting a rear side of the seating plate in a state in which the coupling piece of the seating plate is coupled； a guide installed at both sides of the rear of the frame, and guiding elevation in a state in which both side end portions of the supporter are inserted； and a shock absorber axially installed between the rear supporting member of the frame and a lower portion of the elevating supporter to push up the elevating supporter.
