PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock skew correction circuit which operates to allow a clock distribution system to stably supply a clock.SOLUTION: A clock skew correction circuit 10 includes: a delay part 11 for inputting a reference clock signal, and for adjusting the delay of the reference clock signal, and for outputting it to each clock distribution system; a phase difference detection part 12 for detecting a phase difference between different clock signals to be output from the different clock distribution systems, and for outputting a phase difference signal; a control part 13 for inputting the phase difference signal, and for setting delay quantity for enabling the delay part 11 to adjust the reference clock signal in accordance with the phase difference signal; and an oscillation detection part 14 for inputting the phase difference signal, and for adjusting the operational state of the control part 13 on the basis of the phase difference signal.
