PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedicle insertion instrument guiding device which stabilizes a guiding device without damaging bone tissues of a pedicle of vertebral arch to accurately guide to an insertion position at an insertion angle in work for inserting a pedicle insertion instrument such as a pedicle screw into a pedicle.SOLUTION: The pedicle insertion instrument guiding device 1 includes a fixing indication needle 10, a movable indication needle 20 for setting and adjusting a separation distance 2W between the movable indication needle and the fixing indication needle 10, a reference line positioning pin 30 in which a link mechanism 40 is incorporated to locate in a middle point of the separation distance 2W between the movable indication needle 20 and the fixing indication needle 10, and an insertion guide part 60 for setting and adjusting the insertion angle &theta of the pedicle insertion instrument by sliding while keeping an arc state relative to the insertion position of the pedicle indicated by the fixing indication needle 10 and is configured to guide the pedicle insertion instrument to the insertion position at the insertion angle &theta based on a spinous process by setting the reference line positioning pin 30 at the position of the spinous process.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】椎弓根に椎弓根スクリュー等の椎弓根挿入器具を挿入する作業において、椎弓根の骨組織の損傷を与えずにガイド装置を安定させ、挿入位置と挿入角度をより正確にガイドすることができる椎弓根挿入器具ガイド装置を提供する。【解決手段】固定指示針10と、固定指示針10との離間距離2Wを設定調節する可動指示針20と、可動指示針20と固定指示針10との離間距離2Wの丁度中間点に位置するようにリンク機構40が組まれてなる基準線位置決めピン30と、固定指示針10が指し示す椎弓根の挿入位置に対して円弧状態を維持しながらスライドすることで椎弓根挿入器具の挿入角度θを設定調節する挿入ガイド部60とを有し、基準線位置決めピン30を棘突起の位置に合わせることで、棘突起を基準とした椎弓根挿入器具の挿入位置と挿入角度θをガイドするようにした椎弓根挿入器具ガイド装置1である。【選択図】図1
