PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the insertion of an injection needle into an insertion object person such as a patient easily and appropriately regardless of a skill of a medical worker such as a nurse and individual differences, etc. of the insertion object person.SOLUTION: An automatic injection needle insertion device 5 includes a support part 9 for supporting an injection needle 25 and a drive control device 6. The drive control device 6 includes a function to move the injection needle 25 by moving the support part 9 in a predetermined moving range, a function to detect a predetermined insertion target position that the injection needle 25 is to pass through or reach in a body of an injection needle 25 insertion object person, and a function to determine whether or not the tip of the injection needle 25 reaches a predetermined insertion stop position where the insertion is to be stopped. The drive control device 6 inserts the injection needle 25 into the body by moving the support part 9 so that the injection needle 25 passes through the insertion target position or reaches the insertion target position, and, after the insertion into the body, stops the movement of the support part 9 when it is determined that the tip reaches the insertion stop position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者等の刺入対象者への注射針の刺入を、看護師等の医療従事者の技量や刺入対象者の個人差等にかかわらず、容易且つ適切に行えるようにする。【解決手段】自動注射針刺入装置5は、注射針25を支持する支持部9と、駆動制御装置6とを備える。駆動制御装置6は、支持部9を所定の移動範囲内で移動させることにより注射針25を移動させる機能と、注射針25の刺入対象者の身体における、注射針25を通過又は到達させるべき所定の刺入目標位置を検出する機能と、注射針25の針先が刺入を停止させるべき所定の刺入停止位置に到達したか否かを判断する機能を備える。駆動制御装置6は、注射針25が刺入目標位置を通過又は刺入目標位置に到達するように支持部9を移動させることで注射針25を身体に刺入させ、身体への刺入後、針先が刺入停止位置に到達したと判断された場合に支持部9の移動を停止させる。【選択図】図2
