The present invention includes a housing body mounted on a hinged door, in which each cover portion is formed in upper and lower portions on one side such that an insertion space portion is formed to surround the outside of the main body of the lock and a mounting space portion is provided on the side opposite to the insertion space portion such that opening and closing are performed with a cover and a battery and a control board are embedded； a sterilizing unit including a sterilizing lamp attached to and detached from a socket and the socket embedded in the bottom surface of the upper cover； and an auxiliary cover portion mounted on a panel or a door frame so as to surround the outside of the latching opening.
