The device has a biconvex shaped intradiscal part (1) including a free upper face (2) and a lower face (3) anchored with a lower vertebral plate. The intradiscal part is provided with a side slot (5) that permits dynamic bending of the device during physiological flexion-compression movements. A plate shaped extradiscal part (4) is fixed only on a lower vertebral body by using bone screws (13). The extradiscal part has an integrated locking system (6) that secures the screws and avoids the migration of the screws.
