The present invention provides a purple rice anthocyanidins gel with skin whitening effect and the fabrication method thereof. The gel mainly contains the anthocyanidins extract that is extracted from purple rice through concentration and acidification desugaring for inhibiting the formation of melanin. The fabrication method includes the following steps: soaking the purple rice in methanol fabricating the anthocyanidins extract through concentration, acidification desugaring, freezing and drying processes sequentially adding ethanol, sodium hydroxide and glycerine into polymer gel and, adding the anthocyanidins extract and perfoming ultrasonic vibration to obtain the gel, which may have the effects of inhibiting the formation of melanin and skin whitening.一種具皮膚美白之紫米花青素凝膠劑及其製備方法,該凝膠劑主要含有從紫米中濃縮、酸化脫醣所萃取之花青素萃取物,用以抑制黑色素的形成。其製備方法係將紫米浸泡甲醇,再經過濃縮、酸化脫醣、冷凍乾燥的程序製備花青素萃取物後,另將高分子膠依序加入乙醇、氫氧化納及甘油後,加入該花青素萃取物並使用超音波震盪後即可獲得,具有抑制黑色素形成及美白之功效者。
