PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest that can stabilize restraint of a head and that can be inexpensively manufactured in a short time.SOLUTION: The headrest 1 consists of a first headrest 10 and a second headrest 20 that are formed by inside riser parts 11, 21 which are arranged oppositely with a space 25 apart and which are inclined in a direction receding from each other and by outside riser parts 12, 22 which are arranged opposite from the side where the inside riser parts 11, 21 face with each other and which have the tip ends 13, 23 connected in the height direction (upper direction) of the inside riser parts 11, 21.
