PURPOSE: A diaper and a sanitary napkin generating oxygen and an oxygen generating composition thereof are provided to prevent lack of ventilation and mold generation by generating oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A diaper and a sanitary napkin generating oxygen comprises: non-woven fabric(1)； an absorber(2) installed inside the non-woven fabric； and an oxygenator layer(3) including oxygenator. The oxygenator composition is prepared by mixing solid acid and one or more than two kinds of oxygenators selected from a group consisting of calcium peroxide, magnesium peroxide, and sodium perborate.본 발명은 기능성 기저귀 및 생리대에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 기저귀 및 생리대에 산소를 발생하는 산소발생제를 첨가 혹은 장착하여 사용 시 접촉하는 피부에 산소를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소를 발생하는 기저귀 및 생리대에 관한 발명이다.본 발명에 따른 산소발생제가 장착된 산소 기저귀 및 산소 생리대는 사용 시 산소를 발생시켜 통기성을 좋게 하고, 동시에 항균성 및 살균력을 강화시켜 종래의 기저귀 및 생리대의 문제점이었던 피부 짓무름, 염증 등의 증상을 크게 개선할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
