PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam shielding jig and a manufacturing method thereof capable of quickly and accurately determining an irradiation position and a shielding position of a particle beam according to the shape of each patient.SOLUTION: A particle beam shielding jig 1 is disposed between a particle beam R emission part 31 in a treatment device 3 using a particle beam R, and a patient 4 receiving irradiation of the particle beam R.
