Devices, apparatus, systems and methods for providing a double bearing, not noisy, injection molded rotatable exercise wheels for small animals, including marsupiums such as sugar gliders, as well as mice, rats, gerbils and dwarf hamsters, and the like, with no exposed mounting hardware. The exercise wheels can have a netted running surface which safely holds animals in the wheels, and allows for waste to fall out from the wheels. The wheel can be supported by a U shaped stand over a flat surface. The wheel can be attached to an inside of a cage by a cross mount having hooks.
