PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring number of parts to be small as well as to enable an operation lever to be easily assembled to a support bracket.SOLUTION: The hooking device is brought to elastically pull a hook member 33 with an elastic hooking member 37 by making the other end part of the elastic hooking member 37 one end of which is hooked by the hook member 33 to cross over a line segment X connecting the one end part and a pivot shaft 35 and contacting the free end of an operation lever 36 to a second member or a support bracket 34. In the device, the support bracket 34 is equipped with a pair of standing pieces 40 having a mounting hole 39 corresponding to each other, while the operation lever 36 has a pair of engagement pieces 46 engaged between a pair of the standing pieces 40 having a forked shape and capable of being reduced in their mutual clearance by elastic deformation, and the pivot shaft 35 inserted into mounting holes 39 of the corresponding standing pieces 40 are integrally made to be protruding on the outer surfaces of the pair of engagement pieces 46.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 部品点数を少なくすると共に操作レバーを支持ブラケットに容易に組み付けることができるようにする。【解決手段】 一端部がフック部材33に引っ掛けられた弾性引掛け部材37の他端部を、一端部と枢支軸35とを結ぶ線分Xを乗り越えさせて、操作レバー36の遊端側を第2部材若しくは支持ブラケット34に接当させることにより、フック部材33を弾性引掛け部材37で弾性的に引っ張るようにした止め具であって、支持ブラケット34は互いに対応する取付孔39を有する一対の起立片40を備え、操作レバー36は、一対の起立片40間に嵌合されかつ二叉状になっていて互いの離間幅が弾性変形により縮小可能とされた一対の嵌合片46を有し、一対の嵌合片46の外面に、対応する起立片40の取付孔39に挿入される前記枢支軸35が一体に突設されている。【選択図】図1
