PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock wave output device capable of efficiently outputting a shock wave to a human body.SOLUTION: A shock wave output device 10 includes: a container 30 comprising an inner surface 31 for forming a storage space 32 to store a medium of spreading shock wave W, and an opening 33 to open the storage space 32 so that the shock wave W may be output to the outside of the storage space 32； a shock wave source 40 provided at the storage space 32； and a first reflection part 51 for reflecting the shock wave W generated by the shock wave source 40 toward the opening 33. The container 30 includes a medium passage 34 for causing a medium to flow out/in to the storage space 32. The medium passage 34 includes a passage opening 35 to be opened to the inner surface 31.
