CONSTITUTION: A method of preserving eggs without the shells comprises the following steps: removing the shells from the eggs(S10)； dipping the eggs into a preserving medium containing salt components(S20)； storing the eggs dipped in the preserving medium(S30)； and hatching the eggs(S40).
