PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a wider range of state monitoring on a user who drives a moving body.SOLUTION: A wearable device can be carried by a user with the device mounted on his or her body, to acquire biological information of the user. A mobile terminal device to be carried by the user can communicate with the wearable device. A server device can communicate with the mobile terminal device. At least one of the wearable device, the mobile terminal device, and the server device determines whether the user is driving a moving body, or not.
