A lead wire used in pacemaker is provided. The lead wire includes a lead and an electrode located on one end of the lead. The electrode electrically connects with the lead and is configured for stimulating an organ. The electrode includes a carbon nanotube composite structure. The carbon nanotube composite structure consists of a substrate and at least one carbon nanotube structure. The at least one carbon nanotube structure composites with the substrate and electrically connects with the lead. The at least one carbon nanotube structure consists of a number of carbon nanotubes. A part of the carbon nanotubes are exposed to a surface of the substrate. The exposed carbon nanotubes are in contact with the organ.
