A lead wire used in a pacemaker is provided. The lead wire includes a lead and an electrode located on one end of the lead. The electrode is electrically connected with the lead and used to contact with an organ. The electrode includes a carbon nanotube structure consisting of at least one carbon nanotube film. The carbon nanotube structure has an end being away from the lead, the end of the carbon nanotube structure is contacted with the organ and used as stimulation electrode. The whole carbon nanotube structure is used as a sensing electrode.
