To solve the problem, in a dental turbine handpiece, a grip which is a part to be gripped by a user, a head connected to the tip of the grip, a spindle provided in the head, and cutting attached to the spindle. It has a tool, the spindle has a turbine with blades to obtain rotational torque from the supplied air, and the head has an air supply outlet that supplies air to the blades located inside and internal air. An exhaust intake port for exhausting may be provided, and the surface of the blade in the rotation direction may be configured to have a convex curved shape in the radial direction.
