PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system that can effectively utilize the energy of illumination light.SOLUTION: An endoscope system comprises an illumination light source that radiates illumination light to illuminate a subject, photoelectric conversion means that receives a part of illumination light to generate power, and power storage means that stores the power generated by the photoelectric conversion means.
