PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric sheet that exhibits a high antimicrobial action while reducing the amount of inorganic antimicrobial agent fine particles used, has excellent collecting properties of harmful microorganisms and dust, low pressure loss and excellent filter performance.
SOLUTION: The composite fiber sheet is obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric layer (A) composed of a polyolefin (PO) fiber (a) made of a PO composition containing inorganic antimicrobial agent fine particles to a nonwoven fabric layer (B) composed of PO fiber (b) not containing inorganic antimicrobial agent fine particles in which the content of the inorganic antimicrobial agent fine particles in the PO fiber (a) is 5-20 mass%, the average particle diameter of the PO fiber (a) is 0.1-3 &mum, the weight of the layer (A) is 0.1-5 g/m
2 and the thickness of the layer (A) is 0.01-0.1 mm. The composite fiber sheet has one or more parts in which &ge1/100 of the volume of the inorganic antimicrobial agent fine particles is exposed to the surface of the PO fiber (a) based on the area of the layer (A) of 1.0×10-2 mm2 or has one or more parts in which the inorganic antimicrobial agent fine particles are exposed to the surface of the PO fiber (a) in the area of &ge0.01 &mum2 . The average fiber diameter of the PO fiber (b) is 0.5-10 &mum, the weight of the layer (B) is 5-30 g/m2 and thickness is 0.1-0.3 mm.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
